Kamrin is a sensitive, strategic storyteller with a knack for finding the heart of people, causes, and organizations. And... dogs. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where she studied journalism and gender studies — and led her student newspaper (so, she’s kind of cut out for this).
Her work has been published by Huff Post, Omaha Magazine, Today’s Omaha Woman, and MTV News.
Above all, Kamrin is proudest of her work managing the monthly Goodnewspaper, where she and the Good Good Good editorial team tell stories about real, messy hope for thousands of subscribers and readers.
In addition to her work on the Goodnewspaper, Kamrin oversees and regularly writes content for the Good Good Good website and serves as an editor and advisor on written content for Good Good Good’s popular daily newsletter and Instagram account.
With areas of interest in mental health, ADHD, conscious consumption, gender and sexuality, animals (did we mention she loves dogs?), and human rights, Kamrin loves finding unique angles, perspectives and stories worth sharing.
When she’s not busy at work, she loves reading and watching rom-coms, listening to Taylor Swift and Harry Styles, walking her dog (a precious Shiba Inu named Mirio), hanging out with her partner, taking naps, and going to therapy.
Find her on Instagram, Twitter, and kamrinbaker.com.
Oh, and follow her cute dog, too.
